* Subject to size of dogs extra rooms may be required at our discretion at additional cost.

Regardless of drop off time on arrival a full day will be charged. There will be extra charges after 12pm (noon) on pick up day. 

Additional fees are charged for Special Needs Pooches subject to their requirements, such as Puppies under 6 months old, Medications, Escape artists and Unfriendly dogs.

Office Opening Times including all Drop Off and Pick Up Times  9am - 11.45am  and  3pm - 5pm. *

HST @ 13% will be charged to the above prices.
